Mr. Rande Roca is the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Manchester Regional High School. He considers himself to be very fortunate to be able to work at the High School he attended (Class of 1984). Mr. Roca received his Bachelor's of Science and Business Administration at Western New England University in 1988 and his Master's Degree from New Jersey City University in 1997.
