Ms. Russo, has been selected as Manchester’s Educator of the Month for June. Ms. Russo currently teaches Italian I at Manchester Regional High School. Ms. Russo not only started the Italian program this school year, she has already worked to expand it to include Italian II next school year due to its popularity. Ms. Russo works hard to engage learners inside and outside of her classroom. Ms. Russo has also started the school’s Italian Club and routinely plans events and lessons to allow her students to experience Italian culture and traditions. Ms. Russo remains a valuable resource inside and outside of the classroom at MRHS.
