Mr. Ala, is selected as Manchester’s educator of the month for March. Mr. Ala teaches United States History II, Honors United States History II, and AP United States History. Mr. Ala has contributed greatly to the expansion of the Social Studies department’s efforts to raise the rigor and engagement of students during both virtual and hybrid instruction. He has taken on the challenges of this virtual school year and has taken his students interests to heart while planning and delivering lessons. Mr. Ala is currently actively preparing his students for the upcoming Advanced Placement testing and leading all his students to academic success as we enter the fourth marking period.
