I am excited and honored to be awarded the opportunity to be your new principal of Manchester Reg. HS. As your new principal I am deeply committed to fostering an environment where every child can thrive. I believe that education is a collaborative effort, and I have always viewed Manchester as a community where students, staff, and families all play vital roles.
Parents are our most important partners in education. Your involvement is key to your child’s success, both academically and personally. Whether it’s supporting homework, encouraging curiosity at home, or volunteering at school events, your engagement strengthens the learning experience. My goal is to create multiple avenues for communication and collaboration so that together, we can support every child’s development. We will continue to organize regular parent forums, workshops, and events to ensure that your voices are heard and valued.
As your principal, I believe in being a visible and approachable leader. You will often see me in the hallways, in classrooms, and at school events, actively engaging with students and staff. I will be leading from the front, by example, demonstrating the values of respect, inclusivity, and lifelong learning. My focus will be on building strong relationships with students and staff while maintaining a clear vision for academic excellence and social-emotional development.
